Terms of service
Our Commitment
We’re excited to help you successfully enjoy your first grow! We believe in supporting everyone’s journey—especially those exploring religious applications of the mushroom sacrament. That’s why we offer comprehensive troubleshooting, ongoing support, and, when appropriate, replacement components. While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our kits and do everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience.
Replacement (No-Refund) Policy
-
Eligibility Window
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your kit. Because some kit components are not shelf-stable, we recommend starting your grow right away. Any issues typically become clear within this timeframe.
-
No Refunds, Only Replacements
- We do not issue refunds on any of our kits, but we do replace specific components (like spores or grain) when a genuine product defect has occurred.
-
Shipping Costs
- If a replacement is agreed upon, you are responsible for shipping costs. We do not charge any additional or hidden fees.
-
Photo Proof
- We require clear photo documentation of the problem. Our Customer Service Form includes a file upload so you can easily show what’s happening.
-
Contamination Cases
- Contamination is not covered under our free replacement policy. We understand contamination can sometimes happen for reasons outside your control. In such cases, you can purchase replacement components from our online shop. In some situations, we may offer a discount—but this is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
-
No Returns Required
- We do not accept returns, so you aren’t required to ship any components back to us. If you experience an issue, just fill out the Customer Service Form and we’ll work together on a solution.
Troubleshooting & Support Process
-
Check Our FAQ
- Before reaching out, head to our FAQ section for quick answers. Many common issues—such as environmental conditions, humidity levels, or minor setup hiccups—can be resolved by double-checking these guidelines.
-
Submit the Customer Service Form
- If you don’t find the answer in our FAQ, fill out our Customer Service Form. We’ll ask for photos and a brief description of the problem so we can better understand what’s going on.
-
Email Guidance
- Once we receive your form, we’ll email you within 5–7 business days. (We generally review submissions once a week.)
- If anything changes or progresses with your kit during this time, continue documenting it with photos. We may request these updates to help pinpoint the cause.
-
Collaborate on the Solution
- We’ll work with you to troubleshoot environmental factors like temperature, airflow, or humidity. If there’s a genuine issue with the product itself—and it falls within our policy—we’ll arrange a replacement.
- Remember: shipping costs are your responsibility, and we’ll discuss these details before finalizing a replacement.
